Apart from shifting to online rather than in-person interviews, what changes have you introduced in the way your business recruits team members since the pandemic began?
In a story last week in The Wall Street Journal, Krithika Varagur reported that the CIA has shifted from recruiting mainly in Ivy League campuses in the U.S. to posting an advice column on its redesigned website, running video ads, posting jobs on LinkedIn and even Instagram (where the agency does things like sharing its “intelligence gaming collection”).
It’s good to be reminded that even institutions so bound by tradition (the CIA will turn 74 this year) can adapt.
How are you finding the additional talents and skills your business and your onshore team need?
