We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of work experience in client services, program management, consulting, or continuing education. Someone who stays calm under pressure, knows how to work with Salesforce, and communicates clearly would be great.
One of our U.S. clients provides consulting services for leaders in 4 continents. They need a team member in Cebu who will join them as a Client Engagement Analyst: someone who can provide organizational support on tracking projects and other deliverables for clients. Tasks will include working with the Creative and Operations teams to craft content for participants. A strong service ethic is a must.
