What You Will Do:
- Complete all tasks found in the app before these are due and ensure the task queue is clear before the end of the day (which includes completing all related subtasks or deliverables and using correct templates and guides based on the task/scenario).
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and texts promptly (per established response timeframe matrix), leaving nothing outstanding at the end of the day.
- Complete listing review and referral initiation process by the end of each day to commence work.
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
About Your Client:
Your client puts computer-aided design to work for property sellers and buyers by enabling the virtual staging of listed spaces. They run a business consultancy based in the U.S. West Coast.
