In this role, you’ll coordinate with third-party maintenance service providers and local technicians across 30 U.S. cities. You’ll gather up to date information so that local operations and customer experience teams can resolve issues better.
Attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks are key traits. Bonus points if you’ve worked in customer service or property management before.
