Family Traditions | A GoTeam Exceed Institute Session

What traditions do you cherish in your family? What activities or celebrations do you want to add to your family's traditions?

In one of our Exceed Institute sessions, GoTeam Founder Matt Kesby led this discussion as part of efforts to help team members build rich and connected family lives.  Exceed Institute is a series of fortnightly sessions where we talk about growth as a whole person (body, mind, heart, and spirit). And it's just one of many opportunities for discovery and growth that are available to the whole team.

GoTeam is an enhanced operations business that connects business leaders with highly skilled global team members in the Philippines.

More than 600 of our GoTeam members support growth-stage businesses in accounting, architecture, construction, customer success, engineering, graphic design, marketing, project management, recruitment, sales, and software development.

We are a Great Place to Work certified business.

Creating a Rich and Connected Family Life: An Exceed Institute Session

One of the benefits of working from home is the additional time we get to spend with our families.

We've taken this to the next level in the Go Virtual Assistants (GO-VA) and Global Office tribe, where our Founder and CTO Matt Kesby led an exercise on creating family vision word clouds. GO-VA and Global Office now go by the name GoTeam.

It's all part of our Remarkable Life framework for our team members, which includes a rich and connected family life as one of its pillars. Any success in one's work life would be hollow, if it meant neglecting our most important relationships.

Watch this video for a quick and simple exercise you can try with your families!

GoTeam is an enhanced operations business that connects highly skilled, engaged, and coachable team members in the Philippines with businesses that are on the verge of scaling in Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, among a growing list of other countries.
