One of our U.S. clients needs an Owner Experience Coordinator to join their Cebu team. This is a work from home opportunity on the night shift.
You’ll spend most of your work time communicating with property owners and property managers so that day-to-day support and a world-class customer experience happen. This can range from arranging for maintenance and home improvements, to sorting out key replacements, package deliveries, and issues raised by homeowners’ associations.
