In our Discover You event in March, the www.go-va.com.au tribe revisited the time management matrix, thanks to a leadership and personal growth session facilitated by GO-VA Founder and CTO Matt Kesby.

In this framework, the challenge is to sustain the vision and discipline needed to spend time consistently on Quadrant 2 activities, “things that are not urgent, but are important.” To do this, we need to learn to say no to Q3 and Q4 activities, no matter how popular these seem to be.
