We are seeking a Talent Scout for an Australian client that specializes in recruiting for tech roles (infrastructure, service delivery, development, digital, data, and project management). They need someone in their Cebu team who will, among others, search for and contact qualified candidates; screen them and check their references and work rights; write job ads for job boards and LinkedIn; manage interviews; and use social media to attract new talent. 🧑‍💼💡
