Skills and Qualifications:

  • Have obtained or are currently obtaining a degree in communications, media, marketing, or writing.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite: Google Calendar, G Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.
  • Ability to work in Photoshop for little pickup tasks here and there.
  • Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Teamwork Projects.
  • Proficiency in Mac suite of office products and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Competent research skills and note-taking ability.
  • Hands-on individual, a self-starter who can deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and client’s budgets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven and team-oriented environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Immerse yourself in the client’s  culture, team, and product.
  • Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Take on basic administrative roles: scheduling, G Drive, note-taking. This includes optimizing G Drive and taking care of sharing permissions.
  • Understand other key administrative tasks: giftology, onboarding, blog uploads.
  • Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s business needs and objectives.
  • Take the lead role on sales calls with Managing Partners and put together the schedule for deliverables and proposals to review.
  • Own the sales pipeline and proposal creation.
  • Calendar organization and coordination:
    • Coordinate calendars for multiple team members and clients.
    • Set up potential new client calls with managing members.
  • Assist and manage the sales pipeline:
    • Communicate and schedule calls with prospective clients.
    • Take detailed notes during sales calls.
    • Understand and execute next steps after sales calls.
    • Prepare proposals for prospective clients.
    • Communicate with and manage referral partners.
  • Assist with creative projects for the company’s  clients:
    • Creative analysis: comparison of the company’s clients’ creative assets with competitors.
    • Creative edits: assist with small edits to images for product listings.
  • Manage the team’s giftology program.
  • Research travel options for various team members (flights, accommodation) when necessary
  • Social Media post strategy, creation, and execution
  • Ruthless time management, excellent planning skills, and the ability to lead and inspire others to achieve a common goal.

Work from Home Job Hiring: EA/Process Writer

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox and book appointments via phone or email.
  • Quality-check calendar invitations and events.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) on inbox management, calendar and appointments management, and travel arrangement tasks.
  • Take the SOPs and create an EA training course, including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, professional personal branding (we will provide the material for this), and training on the use of software tools for efficient and results-driven EAs
  • Reply to emails on behalf of the CEO. Turn the approved responses into SOPs and wiki (knowledge base) posts.
  • Update the template for responses to Frequently Asked Questions.
