Tips and suggestions for business leaders on how to communicate and connect with global distributed teams, based on Stephen M.R. Covey's "The Speed of Trust."
When your client finds the time to tell you what a great job you did heading a campaign for the first time, that’s something to be proud of!
It’s fascinating that what makes the achievement possible is humility. In the www.go-va.com.ph/home tribe, this is what humility is all about: “We are open to listening to others. We seek the third alternative. It may not be my way or your way but together we commit to finding the best way.”
Mayenne won the Humility Value Award in April this year. She works as a Delegate Sales Representative with an international publishing, events, and conferences group that focuses on technology and digital innovation in financial services and government.
Making businesses stronger and worksites safer is a key challenge for construction and engineering companies in the midst of COVID-19. Fortunately, there’s technology to support increased trainingーas well as connect your business with highly qualified practitioners.
Your business can get more done without driving costs up to unsustainable levels or overwhelming your core team. Part of the solution will be to outsource and to bring greater digital capabilities into your business.
With so many challenges to navigateーsupply chain disruptions, delays in permits, a greater need for safety and health precautions in job sitesーit is time to adopt bold solutions you haven’t tried before.

Both our CEO Fiona Kesby and Founder Matt Kesby moved from Brisbane, Australia to Cebu City in the Philippines, which shows you just how committed they are to growing the Global Office PH tribe. From only 2 full-time virtual assistants in May 2014, we now have nearly 400 as of September 2020, including licensed civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
In April, Annamor completed a successful probation period working as a Purchasing Officer. Her client is a heavy-duty truck parts manufacturer that is based in California.
She had a second reason to celebrate that month: Annamor won the Discover Value Award because she is “open to ideas and takes the time to learn new things.” Her Results Coach Franchesca pointed out that Annamor adjusted her time so she could learn about new tasks from a colleague who works with the onshore team in the U.S.
The Discover Value Award rewards a thirst for discovering new skills and committing ourselves to extended learning in the GOVA tribe.
This month, Antoinette joined Go-VA/Global Office as a Remote Para Consultant for a recruitment business that places doctors and other medical professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

Virtually Ensure Your Insurance Business’ Growth. Let Virtual Assistants Support You!
Demand for insurance is rising amid the COVID-19 pandemic. While 2020 was a difficult year, as it was for most other industries, the outlook for insurance in 2021 and beyond is upbeat.
For insurance brokers, the challenge will be to develop and distribute products that keep up with customers’ needs and choices, which changed dramatically this year.
You’ll need to commit more to developing new products, connecting with customers in the channels they prefer, and reaching out to new markets.
We can help you win back the time and energy all that will require and, at the same time, achieve the operational and cost efficiencies your insurance business needs.
Highly skilled virtual assistants can take care of your accounting and payroll, claims processing, data entry and processing, customer success, and tech support needs.
“I just wanted to make sure you are aware that I had a customer singing our praises in regards to our professionalism in communicating with them. It was just a passing comment but I thought I would make you aware that the way we are communicating with our customers is very good. As you were the person communicating with them, I thought it would be prudent to let you know. Keep up the good work.”
