The late Tony Hsieh did tremendous things for both customer support and workplace culture. I will always be grateful that when the opportunity to join a Zappos culture camp in 2018 turned up, I went to one. (See 0:34 in the video!) It has inspired a change in GO-VA that helped us grow.
It’s also made a big difference in how we approached the (sometimes wild) roller coaster ride that was 2020.
