Who’s the person you think of when you think about confidence?

 

When the author Zoe Routh of The Zoe Routh Leadership Podcast recently talked with GO-VA CEO Fiona Kesby, one of her questions was: What have you learned about yourself in the last 5 years as the head of this enterprise?

One of the 3 things Fiona shared centered on the idea of confidence. “I used to always think that a person who was confident was a person that knew everything and could do public speaking,” Fiona said. That changed once she saw that confidence, at its core, is about bravery.
