The Risks of hiring a Virtual Assistant

How to train your Virtual Assistant quickly

Jump online with your Virtual Assistant using a platform like Zoom. Share your screen with them, get them to record the session and show them how though you want that task done. They then keep that video which becomes the first training video of your suite of videos. They you ask them to write the Standard Operating Procedure for you. It does two things.
